About Us

Anna Morgan London is the brand name wholly owned by Anna Morgan Online hereafter referred to as “the Company” throughout the terms and conditions. Company registration number: 08612867. Registered Office: Unit 1, Waterside, Old Boston Road, Wetherby, West Yorkshire LS22 5NB. VAT No. 185613785. All contracts will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.


Any order placed with Anna Morgan is not accepted by us until we have issued an order confirmation to you either by post, email or in person. Anna Morgan Online and Elliott Interiors Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you.


Fabric samples can be ordered, to give an indication of colours chosen. Whilst every effort is made to provide an accurate sample, please note that colours and textures can vary, and these must, therefore, only be used as a guide. Where furniture has been ordered at different times the Company cannot guarantee to colour match fabrics. We cannot accept any responsibility for fading or discolouration due to exposure to sunlight or contact with chemical sprays.

Product Specifications

We reserve the right to amend specifications, and substitute fabric and fillings, where necessary, in order to improve a product of fulfil an order.

Lead Times

Estimated lead times are given at point of order, based on our experience within the industry. We cannot accept liability or offer financial compensation for any inconvenience or subsequent loss resulting from delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, i.e. lack of production capacity, fabric availability, transport issues etc.


It is your responsibility to check carefully that the products ordered will fit into your home. Dimensions of the items of furniture ordered are available on request.

Payment of Balances

Once your goods become available for delivery, you will be notified and required to pay the outstanding balance. This will be required prior to delivery of the goods and payment must be by way of cleared funds. Personal cheques will require 10 working days to clear before delivery. If delivery is not required immediately, full payment will still be sought. We reserve the right to charge interest daily on overdue balances at a rate of 8% above Bank of England Base Rate.

Click and Collect

We offer a free Click and Collect service for fabric, wallpaper and accessories. Simply select the click and collect option at the checkout and once your order is ready we will contact you. Please note, fabric and wallpaper has an average lead time of 1-2 weeks. Collection hours are our normal opening hours, Monday - Saturday 10am-5pm. Please ensure you have your order number and proof of ID when collecting your order. You have up to 28 days to collect your parcel from in store. If you fail to pickup your parcel within this period, it will be returned to the warehouse, you will then need to speak to Customer Services for a refund. The Click and Collect service is not available for upholstery or furniture.

Home Delivery

We use a variety of delivery methods depending on the size and weight of the product you have ordered. If for any reason you are unable to take delivery of your goods on the prearranged delivery date and as a result the ordered items are returned to the warehouse or showroom, a redelivery charge will be levied. This includes non-attendance of the customer or restricted access up to or within the home. Payment of such charges must be made in full before goods are released or re-delivered. We will endeavour to provide you with an approximate delivery time before your goods are dispatched. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss or damage suffered by you through any delay caused by unforeseen circumstances and outside reasonable control of Anna Morgan. This includes delay due to unforeseen rescheduling of delivery.

Storage Charges

Your furniture will be held in our warehouse for up to 21 days from the estimated available delivery dates as shown on your order form. After this, a charge of £15 + VAT per week will be incurred until your order is collected from our warehouse or delivered to your premises. An invoice for storage costs, where appropriate, will be raised, and must be paid prior to delivery.


We will not be liable for any item, which, after delivery, has been altered or customised in any way. You should be aware that any treatments or cleaning agents used without our prior approval in writing will invalidate your product guarantee. Our guarantees do not cover, neglect, abuse, accidental damage, theft, or loss due to fire, smoke, water or weather damage. Details of our furniture protection schemes are available on request and separate terms and conditions apply.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Once satisfactory delivery has taken place, damaged or faulty goods will only be repaired or replaced at the Company’s discretion.

Stock Purchases

Where goods are bought and taken direct from the showroom, the items are sold as seen. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check stock items before they are purchased as sold as seen items cannot be returned. This also applies to clearance items.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations can only be accepted within 14 days from the date of order. However, if you cancel all or part of your order, you will be charged 25% of the value of the cancelled item[s]. Cancellation after this 14 day period will be subject to full loss of deposit. Where goods are already in production, full payment will be sought. Due to the nature of ‘made to order’ bespoke goods, we cannot accept cancellation of such products either before or after delivery. This also applies to special orders including cut fabrics, lighting and wallpaper. To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing, by post to Anna Morgan, 13 Church Street, Ilkley, West Yorkshire LS29 9DR or by email to sales@anna-morgan.com. You must return the product(s) immediately in perfect condition, in the original packaging and at your own cost and risk. Please provide a proof of purchase including payment details.


The return of non-damaged or non-faulty goods are at the sole discretion of the Company and may be issued with a credit note or exchange provided that the goods are returned in a fully re-saleable condition. Payment refunds are not available for non-damaged or non-faulty goods. Bespoke items, i.e. goods that have been made to a specific size and fabric choice, cannot be returned. This also applies to clearance items. Neither Anna Morgan nor Elliott Interiors will be held responsible for any indirect loss which occurs as a consequence of any return or cancelled order, including but not limited to loss of income or revenue, loss of business, profits, anticipated savings or interest.

Website Orders

The following terms and conditions apply to goods ordered via our website, by phone or instore and must be read and agreed to in accordance with the above. The website www.anna-morgan.com is operated and owned by Anna Morgan Online. We control and operate the website from our offices within England and therefore all contracts between Anna Morgan Online and the end consumer will be governed by English law. In the event of a dispute, the laws of England and Wales will apply at all times. We endeavour to ensure all details displayed on our website are correct and description and colours reflect an accurate representation of the item. However, prices and product details may change over time and errors may occur. The product colours may also vary according to your computer software. We aim to rectify any errors displayed on our website but we cannot be responsible for any losses incurred.

Website Despatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Where goods are physically in stock, theses are normally despatched within 48 hours.

Website Prices and Tax

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the delivery address and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union.

Website discount codes

Where items are already on sale or price sensitive, you will be unable to use any discount code unless given specifically by a member of our team.

Website Cancellations and Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the good(s) you purchased online, you have a right to return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving them to receive either a full refund of your monies or a replacement. This is providing that the goods are returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and at your own cost and risk. Due to the nature of ‘made to order’ bespoke goods, i.e. items that have been customised in any way including but not limited to your own choice or colour; we cannot accept cancellation either before or after delivery. This also applies to special orders including cut fabrics, lighting and wallpaper. To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing within 7 days, by post to Anna Morgan Online, 13 Church Street, Ilkley, W Yorks, LS29 9DR or by email to sales@anna-morgan.com. Please provide a proof of purchase including payment details.

You are permitted to use the website material and content contained within purely for personal non-commercial use. Downloading, saving or using our website material for any use other than to make a purchase with us is strictly prohibited. Downloading materials from www.anna-morgan.com is done at your own discretion and risk. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any information you provide will remain safe and secure. All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. We do not sell or share personal information with any third party.
